Turbine Digital Urea  Flow Meter

A Digital Flow Meter for delivering a variety of low viscosity fluids with a turbine measuring system. Easy to install, in line or at the end of a delivery pipe, equipped with an easy-to-read, compact screen.
The meter can be installed directly onto the nozzle for convenient, on-the-spot reading of the quantity delivered.
Thanks to its strong casing and a sealed plug-in electronic card, this sturdy meter can be used in practically all conditions.
The card can be rotated for easy display reading from all angles. The microprocessor is powered by two easily replaceable, long-lasting batteries. Simple, reliable, versatile, economic, the perfect instrument for managing liquid deliveries.

Turbine digital meter

Simple, reliable, small, economical.
These meters are easily to install either in line or at the end of the delivery hose and are provided with an easy to read compact display.
It is possible to install the meter directly on the nozzle and you can forget about straining to see readout several metres away.
A rugged housing and sealed electronic board provide durable use in almost any conditions.
Two batteries easy to replace power the small microprocessor for a long time.

DEF Tank Level Indicator

OCIO detects the static pressure generated by the fluid height by means of a tube inserted into the tank and displays the fluid level or volume.

The system consists of:

• A tube for detecting static pressure.
  The tube end is inserted from the top of the tank and lowered down into the liquid until it touches the bottom.
• A control unit for displaying the level and managing the system.
  The unit is equipped with an intuitive, complete software and permits the connection of two alarm or lock devices.

Fluid Monitoring (PIUSI)

The MC Box fuel management panel has the capability to control and manage the consumption of fuel for the private and commercial user sector.
Its intelligent design allows the unit to be easily connected or added to both new and existing pumps providing low cost, simple, easy to use fuel management .
The Mc Box is the perfect solution as an “Add on” unit for existing pumps or where it is preferable to have the pumps and control panel installed in two different places.
The MC Fuel Management system consists of a dedicated multi-user panel with the option to connect to a PC.

The control panel has the ability to:

• Switch a pump on/off
• Recognize authorised users by means of i-button key or pin code
• Preset a quantity to dispense
• Manage a pulse meter to measure quantity dispensed
• Manage an external level switch to control pump operation on low level
• Operate an external nozzle switch
• Connect to a PC for exporting data files
• Connect to an external printer
